Development finance can be arranged for projects of all sizes from £1m to £100m. Commercial development is very wide ranging and can include amongst others hotels, conference centres, offices, shops, factories and warehouses.
Generally speaking we can borrow up to 75% of the GDV of the project of 90% of the total cost. There are also bespoke solutions whereby 100% of all site purchase, development and finance costs are funded.
